CGLA Cabrini Green Legal Aid and expungement help desks provides information on how to clear a criminal record in Illinois through Expungement, sealing, clemency and assists with completing the forms necessary.
Here are two different locations for the CGLA Cabrini Green Legal Aid Expungement Help Desk:

- District 6 – Markham Courthouse

District 2 also has an Expungement Help Desk provided by the James B. Moran Center for Youth Advocacy Legal Aid Society:

Open Tuesday and Thursday: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
If you have been arrested by the Chicago Police Department, you must have a copy of the Chicago RAP sheet to receive legal assistance for expungement. RAP sheets are available from the Chicago Police Department’s Access and Review Division at 3510 South Michigan Ave. 312-745-5570. Access and Review is open from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and the cost is $16.00.
PLEASE NOTE: The Expungement Help Desk operates on a first come, first served basis. Help Desk staff can assist the first 25 individuals that sign-in at the Desk each day.
