In January of 2023, Clerk Martinez unveiled the Customer Service Call Center, a first of its kind and designed to improve our quality of service. The center is staffed by experienced Clerks, and users can expect to receive assistance on a wide range of court-related matters from the comfort of their own homes. Each Clerk working in the center has been cross-trained on all divisions of law, resulting in a faster resolution of issues for users. Additionally, questions can be answered and documents can be ordered over the phone, saving users from a trip to the Cook County courthouses. Our Clerks utilize inLingo translation services in order to assist callers in more than 200 languages.
The Customer Service Call Center number is 312-603-5030.
The center operates Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM excluding court holidays.
